Skill Building Assignment: Radio Play Sound Design
sing a multi-track audio editing program like Adobe Audition, Audacity or even Premiere Pro, you will create a the sound design for a radio play using your own recorded dialogue, foley sound and sound from a library if you absolutely have to.
- The duration of the soundscape is a minimum of 60 seconds.
- Each person is responsible for their own radio play. As always, you may ask other class members to be your voice talent.
- The theme is your choice. You will create a sequence of sounds which takes the listener through a scenario or journey as if it would be played on the radio or a podcast. It must include dialogue.
- A PDF of your screenplay to the classroom and a printed copy to your teacher
- All the raw audio tracks that you used
- The program file that you used to assemble and mix the audio (Premiere Pro, Audition)
- The final exported audio file either as a .wav or .mp3

TGV 4M1 - Final Performance Task and Evaluation
Each student responsible for creating 3 minute minimum story based video using their skills in storytelling, screenplay writing, filming, editing and sound production. There are 3 parts to the performance task.
Part One: Screenplay - due Monday, January 6 at the beginning of class - PDF uploaded to the classroom
Part Two: Edited Video - due Friday, January 17 - an MP4 uploaded to the classroom
Part Three: Presentation of your video - Period 3/4 of the exam schedule - Monday, January 27 at 8:30 in room 125

Please note that this assignment is a 4 day assignment blocked of as yellow. Week 10.
You will create a sound montage by choosing one of the following as your main subject matter
- a famous person
- a politician
- a rock star
- a movie star
- a famous author, poet, journalist, or any other famous person who writes for a living
- an anchor person
- an athlete
